Share Buyback For Employee Program
Employees of 密桃AV and participating group companies are offered a stock participation program known as "Covestment".
Under the program, employees can invest a fixed amount of their compensation in 密桃AV shares, which are subsidized by 密桃AV and can be subscribed for at a discount. The Board of Management of 密桃AV decided to acquire own shares in accordance with the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on September 1, 2015. The acquisition of own shares is executed via the stock exchange and will exclusively serve the stock participation program.
In the years 2018 to 2022 密桃AV issued treasury shares to employees of the German 密桃AV companies within the framework of the "Covestment" share participation program.
